I just couldn't help myself - I had to post some photos of our time at the cottage. It was just gorgeous, especially the freezing cold day that we arrived.
Well we walked along the road, that the snowmobiles had been along first - kind of made a trail for us. It still was deep in places. We load some food, the bare minimum of clothes and some books into packs and then tie them with bunjee cords to tobaggans. We pull the tobaggans along - and ride them when it is downhill. It really isn't too bad, and helps get the appetite up for dinner.
love it love it love it! Makes me want to live in Canada forever! And how the heck did you get to your cottage in such a snow dump?!
